In answer to your question Anthony, about the triptod; NO! not easy, but it was the best I could do.
The small streams and waterfalls that are on our part of the country are all surrounded by large rocks and very rough terrestrial. Triptod would be very difficoult. My triptod is a little thin too, so I'd be afraid of losing the camera in the water. But a try, holding the breath and the hands squeezed into the side of the body, then it goes in a way anyway. One takes a lot of pictures, hoping to succeed with one or more ;)
What a beautiful truck. I love classics like this. My dad used to drive a 1963 blue chevy truck that I have very fond memories of riding around in. I'd love restore one someday :)
